KEENY
Your privacy
This page explains how your information stays private when you use KEENY.
Reading this website does not look up any records. It never touches participant, provider, invoice, evidence, schedule, location or sharing information.
Your private pages and share links are kept out of search engines.
When you share something from KEENY, it goes only to the person you chose. It expires, you can take it back at any time, and it never becomes a public page.
Enquiries and matching
A provider who uses KEENY can add an enquiry they received, such as a message asking for support, so KEENY can compare it with what the provider offers and help them write a reply.
What is kept. The enquiry exactly as the provider received it, where it came from, who on their team added it and when, and any details they add: a suburb or postcode, the supports and days asked for, a language or credential asked for, and how to reply. It stays in that provider’s KEENY account. Only their team can see it. It is never shared with other providers and never shown publicly.
How matching works.
- KEENY compares each enquiry a provider adds with the discovery profile that provider filled in. It uses fixed rules, not AI, and it never contacts anyone.
- Area: the enquiry’s postcode is on the provider’s list of postcodes it serves (a match), on its list of nearby postcodes (a partial match), or on neither.
- Supports: the supports the enquiry asks for are all, some or none of the supports the provider offers.
- Days and times: the days and times asked for fit all, some or none of the provider’s capacity windows. No openings, or dates the provider marked as unavailable, count against a match.
- Language and credentials: when the enquiry asks for a language or a credential, KEENY checks it against what the provider entered. Credentials are stated by the provider, not checked by KEENY.
- No match: the postcode is on neither list, none of the supports asked for are offered, or neither the area nor the supports can be compared.
- Strong match: the postcode is one the provider serves, it offers every support asked for, the days and times fit, and nothing asked for is missing.
- Possible match: anything in between. The reasons KEENY shows the provider are the only explanation; KEENY uses nothing else.
The person who made the enquiry is never scored, ranked or profiled: only the provider’s own fit is shown. KEENY does not contact anyone. A reply is sent only when someone on the provider’s team approves it, and each send is recorded.
How long it is kept. KEENY archives an enquiry 12 months after it was added. Archived enquiries stay in the provider’s account, visible only to their team, until the provider closes their KEENY account, when they are deleted.
KEENY only helps you find and answer enquiries. It does not book supports, take payments, touch plan funds or list workers for hire.
Please don’t type participant or health information into anything on this public website.
