How KEENY works

You record each support as it happened: the date, the times, any travel and the rate you agreed. KEENY keeps your times exactly as you typed them. It works out the claim from the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and shows the rule behind every line.

When you are happy with it, KEENY makes the invoice. Your participant can see it in their own private portal, along with their agreements and plan information.

You can also connect the assistant you already use — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any assistant that supports connectors — and ask it to do things in KEENY for you. It can only do what you allow, and KEENY always shows you what was done and the evidence behind it. Your assistant’s answer is never the record; KEENY is.
